My husband and I were fortunate to connect with Kiante After driving a Nissan Leaf for 6 years I came to Carl Black Chevrolet to lease a Chevy Bolt. My husband and I were fortunate to connect with Kiante Young. He hadn't sold or leased a Chevy Bolt when we first met but he did a deep dive research on the car so that he could answer every question before we came back the next day. I've had the car for 1 year and discovered yesterday that the charger cord wasn't working properly. I left two messages with the service department. When I didn't get a return call, I called Kiante. He was on it! I was at the dealership 20 minutes later and within another 20-30 minutes I was back on the road with a new charger cord. He is professional, kind and even remembered who I was after a year. I've never had such a great experience with a Car Sales Professional.
