He and the manager Adam heard what I needed and worked to find what I wanted. I get my maintenance at Destination Nissan as well and have always had an awesome experience. This is my second purchase from destination Nissan. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in. I showed up at the dealer and Joe greeted us, a few minutes later we were taking a look at the truck we I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in. I showed up at the dealer and Joe greeted us, a few minutes later we were taking a look at the truck we were looking to purchase. The exact truck was still in transit to the dealer however Joe kept in touch every step of the way. We went in to pick the truck up signed a few papers and were on our way. Service was good. I was kept informed. Some question regarding warranty and covered part but overall - good experience. As far as I can tell the work done has fixed the problem but time will tell. Engine warranty is for all lubricated parts for 100,000 miles or until 2024 so still not sure why the part wasn't covered. More
