So i Bought a 2017 Cacillac XT5 about 4 months ago took on test drive and all seamed to be ok than at the 3 month mark i have had to replace the engine there is no way that they couldnt have not known that on test drive and all seamed to be ok than at the 3 month mark i have had to replace the engine there is no way that they couldnt have not known that the engine was going to go out espically at only total of 89000 mile and am still having issues after the replacement had to change out he fuel pump and its still in the shop trying to work out all the issues. I will never purchase an other vehicle from HGreg in orlando after i have read some more of the reviews on this company they are a bunch of laires and cheats they fall into to the total car sales image that everyone doesnt want to come accrossed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER LAIERS AND CHEATS. JUST TO MAKE THE MONEY OFF HARD WORKING AMERICANS!!!!!! More

My daughter and I communicated with the dealership and we were told that the vehicle was there. After we drove 2 plus hours to see it, we were informed the vehicle wasn’t even at that location. Wish it was possible to give HGreg a no star. I tried to talk with them several times to purchase a vehicle. I had my financing ready and wanted to come finalize the deal. I called several times and was pushed off to another line to leave messages. A call was never returned. I finally was able to talk with a salesperson at the Orlando store. I was told I could pay $150.00 and have the car transferred and then make the deal. I was told he would call me back. No return call again I called the next day talked to the Doral dealership and was told they transferred the car to Orlando I was overjoyed. I then call the Orlando dealership ready to come finalize the paperwork. I was told bluntly first come first serve you are out of state and we sold the car! I was shocked to say the least. I inquired about being first, had my financing and was ready to purchase a plane ticket to come pick up my car! I tried for 2 weeks to purchase this car. I only needed to schedule a time to sign the paper and drive my new car off the lot I never received any return phone calls after numerous messages left. Not even a courtesy call to let me know the car I was in the process of purchasing was sold to someone else! More

I had the worst experience, I do not recommend anyone to come here, my review is long but please take the time to read it. The salesperson make you write a review after the purchase, they say they don’t get paid for commission, but the reviews help them to get a “promotion”, he stare at you looking how you write the review and making sure you write the name. They add a “Elite Protection Plan” they told us that it was an add on, but it is not, it is required, they use the words “add on” to make us think we can choose to have it or not, even when I asked twice if I heard “add on” correct but after they run my credit they said I miss understood and it is required. Which add 1495$ to the purchase. We had to purchase the vehicle because we were in a hurry to get the car, but I would have left. We spend 5 hours to close the deal. They are not cleared and that is very unprofessional. We purchased a used vehicle and the GAP it’s required (which they never mentioned and we had no idea) they didn’t add how much I will have to pay with the GAP. When the time came to make the first car payment, I realized that I owe an additional $1,500 that does not appear on the Payment Options and I had to read every single paper to know where that money came from. Never coming back and I would never recommend this place. And last but no least I have to get the breaks fixed because they stop working the next day, and they quoted 600$ Labor plus the pieces. okay ive been about as nice as possible but this is absurd! After buying our car. we were on our journey back home which is roughly a 9 hour drive after only 45 min into our drive home our car started smoking and we pulled over. called h Greg to assist after 2 plus hours of waiting we finally got our tow back. we're we got stuck another day paying for another hotel room. The next morning we call the company to come pick us upas they told us to call them to do so. we have no car after all . so after waiting a couple of hours w them saying they will pick us up they never did, so we took our luggage and walked to the store crossing a dangerous hwy. not one apology! they tell us it's some simple issue and it's fixed we considered not taking it and finding a diff car as this didn't seem like a reliable car but they insisted it was fixed. we took it to the tire place to check alignment and such payed for it and was payed back later on.Thinking we are satisfied w it we started the drive home. 3 hours from home the car starts smoking and overheating again ( clearly their machenics suck) as the issue was not fixed thank God my husband is smart and was able to fix it in a hour or good enough to get us home now. if your still reading it only gets better and believe it or not this is the short version of what we went through . so skip ahead to today 4 months after is the car still having issues why yes it is last month we had it throw a Lil wrench signal but bc there's no manual we have no idea what it meant. we are waiting on our mechanic to get back from vacation since we can't drive it... but why can't we drive it? bc we have no tag. and its a xxx they have sent us 3 temp tags each expiring w out them sending the title and info in for us to get our tag. can you believe that? we continue to call over and over and if your still considering buying a car from them and I highly recommend you dont. be aware they are horrible at responding and there's no direct number.so if you get a hold of someone kudos ! when we are able to talk to someone this is the response " we'll have someone call your right back" bUT they never do. Sadly we are going to have to spend more money by hiring a lawyer bc honestly i don't think this company even has the title to this car. iam fed up iam done trying to give them the benefit of the dought its time to take legal action please please please read other reviews I wish I had b4 we bought plane tickets a used 20k lemon and 3 total hotel nights and a sitter for 3 days when there was only supose to be a 2 day trip for us please if you do buy a car have it checked by a legit mechanic on their dollar b4 wasting your money time and energy. I don't know who the owner of this buisness is but they should be absolutely ashamed at how their establishment is run. don't bother hgreg to comment back or say " we are sorry and we'll take care of it" we heard that lie already. so our lawyer will be in touch . buyers beware !!!! I purchased a Nissan last month and we just got a flat tire. Went to change the tire and the tires are locked. We were not given the key to unlock the tires. Sold us a recalled car with a bad transmission. Tried reaching out and they are ignoring us because they know what they did.
