Does not make appointments, rating a 1 in my opinion. Does not keep waiting customer informed as to problems necessitating a 6 hour wait . I was quoted $550. 00 for a transmission flush and the going rate for this type of service is about $200.00. My tire rotation and oil change was fine but the service lit 00 for a transmission flush and the going rate for this type of service is about $200.00. My tire rotation and oil change was fine but the service lite and low air indicator were not turned off after the service. More
