This dealership doesn’t necessarily use the appointment scheduler but treats the clients on a first come first serve basis. My service was around the holidays and I understand that is a busy time but the a scheduler but treats the clients on a first come first serve basis. My service was around the holidays and I understand that is a busy time but the advisor wasn’t very “present” for my questions. The staff was professional though. Due to our RV travels, we have been to ~15 GMC dealerships in the country and the cost here was higher than normal. More
