Greg always welcomed us when we'd reappear (three times) with the phantom problem and kept records so he was able to build off of the previous examinations. Nothing was indicated on the computer testing so he suggested taking it to a Ford dealer for help. Meanwhile we were given a loaner to keep commitments and helped by Kim. We so appreciate the "keeping at it" attitude and consideration. We bought the Ford used from Holm Automotive and purchased the extended warranty. Sure glad we did! More
