We appreciate good customer service although the customer service we received at Holm automotive was excellent!! In the middle of our transaction we needed to pick up our Grandson from school at St. Andrew's service we received at Holm automotive was excellent!! If I had not had a video showing tie rod and Idler arm lose and explained that once on the alignment rack the weight of the tire has no influence on those parts I doubt they would have done the warranty w lose and explained that once on the alignment rack the weight of the tire has no influence on those parts I doubt they would have done the warranty work. They were insisting that 6 month old tires were the whole reason for the horrible vibration. And even though they did explain and show me how the tires were improperly balanced they still should have got the truck up on the alignment rack to double check the front end suspension was not also a contributing factor particularly when I explained from the beginning that my mechanic had found that the inner tie rod end and idler arm was loose which on a truck with only 29k miles is completely inappropriate More
