I had a very good experience with Bayside and working with my Sales Representative Crystal. I also enjoyed meeting and talking with Travis (Used Sales Manager), Chris (Manager), and the nice Woman who is with my Sales Representative Crystal. I also enjoyed meeting and talking with Travis (Used Sales Manager), Chris (Manager), and the nice Woman who is the Finance Manager. I was given a more than fair trade in offer, and they worked especially hard to help me get a reasonable payment on the Edge. I got an excellent Carfax on it, they filled the gas tank up for me, put the plates on it, did an inspection, an oil change, I got 4 new tires, roters and brakes! They had it washed and waxed again as well! I got a 4 year unlimited mileage maximum care warranty which can be a life saver if needed! Compared to the other dealerships I've worked with before in the past, which has been at least 5-6 others, Bayside is BY FAR the best I've worked with! They told me to come back anytime I need service work and I would most definitely refer anybody I know to them because they're going to be honest and fair, they're not all about trying to sell somebody on a vehicle regardless of whether they can afford it or not, the Staff are all very friendly, they knew I had prior bad experiences with other dealerships. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure when I walked out the door with the keys yesterday that I was HAPPY and I KNEW what I had signed on for. I have a lot of respect for that, and I appreciate the Used Sale Manager Travis ensuring me that he would make sure I had a better experience with them than what I had gotten elsewhere and he DID! Crystal made sure everything got done and she had everything all ready to go for me when I got there after work. I enjoyed her being honest with me, and I LOVE that they all check in with you after you come by. Had Crystal and Travis not stayed in touch with me I wouldn't have the edge I looked at it on a Monday and had they not come back and checked on me and then offered to work with me on a deal I would have missed out on this great opportunity. Plus even the overall Manager sent a message asking about my experience. That was before I made any actual purchase, so I thought that was cool that they check in to see how everybody's experience has been. PLUS on Google, they have a lot of really good reviews so obviously they're doing really good business up there! Other reviews including this one speak for themselves. Thank you to all of the staff there at Bayside, especially to Crystal and Travis! You all have been awesome and you kept your word and I respect you for that and I greatly appreciate it!!! ❤️ More

The folks in the detail shop did a great job of prepping the car for delivery and the paperwork finance process was quick and painless…the smoothest and quickest I’ve ever experienced. The team at Bayside Ford / Dodge were detail oriented and DeVon was knowledgeable about the details of the vehicle even though Toyota isn’t their native brand. Everyone was straightforward, honest and accommodating in bringing the deal together. DeVon and Travis even helped me transfer my items from my old car to my new.
