Manager Stephen, Crystal and Devon gave me not only their professionalism, but PATIENCE and kindness..even got me laughing and made the process Fun! From start to finish, they made it an easy and joyous process!!!! Even followed up since the purchase to make sure everything was OK with Me And the Truck. (ALL three of them) It was a LONG drive home that afforded me the time i needed to fall in love with this Ram Rebel, and lose the 'buyers remorse/panic' (happened in less than 2 miles haha) Can't express in words HOW MUCH, and how deeply GRATEFUL I am to these three for their ABOVE AVERAGE customer service, and attention to all my individual questions and needs.. and then some.
