I asked Jeremy to find me a Mustang in my price range with a “wants” that my son asked for. It took a little time, understandably in a tight used car market, but he found a black 2016 Mustang. Dave Bacorn did all the leg work to get all of the paperwork in order as well as the test drive. Kim Cecil pulled off a miracle to get us through all the financial paperwork to get me to work by 530 when we started it after 4 pm. The best staff anywhere and best service department around. More

Great experience I have been looking for a used 2016 F-150, V 8 for a few months but every car dealer i went to would try to sell be on a V-6 3.5 Turbo, which was not I have been looking for a used 2016 F-150, V 8 for a few months but every car dealer i went to would try to sell be on a V-6 3.5 Turbo, which was not what i wanted. So we were on our way to High Point and my friend said she heard the TV advertisement for Crescent ford and we should stop in there. Well make a long story short I did and was greeted by Jerry Bowen. I explained what I really wanted and Jerry went through his inventory and only had one truck that would meet my need . we checked it out , test drive it and now it is mine. Jerry knows his vehicles and takes his time explaining things such as the weight charts. I recommend Crescent Ford to anyone who wants good service and excellent salesmen-ship. The dealership was so courteous and helpful when I called to discuss coming by to see the vehicle while I was on vacation in the area. I fell in love with the car but our salesman and the warranty are what sold me. Jerry Bowen was great and worked closely with us the following week so everything would be in place for us to arrive the following weekend to pick it up.
