During the November 2023 I took my Nissan Armada in for a diagnostic check because my VDC/Slip light was on. On November 27, 2023 I paid $184.09 for the diagnostic check. I was give a list of things needed t diagnostic check because my VDC/Slip light was on. On November 27, 2023 I paid $184.09 for the diagnostic check. I was give a list of things needed to be corrected but some of them they weren't corrected. I spent close to $3000.00 and my VDC light to this day is still on. From November of 2023 to February 8, 2024 is when I picked my vehicle up from Leblanc. My vehicle went back three time for the same reason. I was told that I needed a wiring harness because my (CHECK ENGINE) light was on and that was the reason my VDC light wouldn't go off. I was told this by Savannah Benoit and service manager Kim. I declined to pay for a wiring harness. When my vehicle went to be service no engine light on and when I picked up my vehicle no engine light was on either. From the time I left the dealership I noticed again no engine light on. So February 9, 2024 until February off and on I recorded my dashboard as I was driving and not one time my engine light came on, I even stated that to Ms. Savannah and Kim my engine light never came on as long as I drove my vehicle. Mrs. Kim offered to have it fix for a cheaper price from an individual she knew but again I declined because I never had ad engine light problem. I never thought that some one would have to had this problem over a four month period. Yes, I received a loaner but my issue (VDC Light) is still on as of this day. If they didn't resolve the problem after having my car for four months off and on, it's nothing this company can do to fix my frustration but reimburse me my money to have the (VDC Light) fix. I'm very unsatisfied with the way this turned out. I have been allowing Nissan to do 90% of my work on this vehicle. All they would have to do is look at the many times they have service my car. For most time I had to contact them to get an update when my car were in they possession. Shame on them!!!! More
