Kissleback Ford is a great place to buy a car. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They were very informative and was able to give many options. Kisselback Ford is by far the most friendly and customer oriented dealership I have ever purchased a car from. Negotiations were professional, friendly, and low pressure. Within 15 minutes of sitting down, George offered us the vehicle we were looking at for the exact price we were willing to pay. Mr. Pollard and Mrs. Hilley were very friendly and knowledgable throughout the entire sales process. Just bought a 2012 Mustang. SUPER people to work with. Our salesperson Paula was great...ran into a glitch involving the wrong online price for the vehicle and she remained calm and worked out the deal to Our salesperson Paula was great...ran into a glitch involving the wrong online price for the vehicle and she remained calm and worked out the deal to our satisfaction. The dealer stood by the price they quoted and we were able to close the deal. Jerry was very kind and understanding. He could have just let us walk through the door to sell the car to the next person, but he didn't. He said that more important than making a sale , he wanted to earn a loyal client. And they have. Mike Lesch did the paperwork and everything was smooth and flawless. As a woman I am very skeptical about car dealers...always trying to BS you with things..and sell you things you don't want or need, but they weren't like that.Not pushy...thye liste to what you want and go out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer. Also, we bought a certified Preowned so the warranty is great AND the Kiss advantage (only available here) offers us a free oil change, free key replacement(if lost) and free repair of dents or dings within the first year of purchase....on a USED car. Go see Paula, Jerry and the whole gang.....tell them Mustang Sally sent you!!! More

We were just "looking" as our car was 11 yrs old. With the economy as it is and being retired on social security we had been looking around and a little gun shy about spending money on a car but old. Everyone at Kisselbeck even the employees that weren't taking care of us were very kind and friendly. They didn't make us feel stupid when we "old" when we asked questions about a car that we ended up getting an incredible deal on that was loaded with more than I ever thought I would ever have! Fred was kind and patient and very knowledgeble, Kim was awesome and helped us out so much while she kept us laughing and Mike followed through explaining more about the warranty and how much Kisselbeck has to offer. Kim even came out and thanked us for buying a car from them and wished us luck and to call her if we had any problems. In fact they all said that. They were great! Go there! More

Absolutely the best car dealership experience I have encountered. Kim was nothing but a pleasure to work with ad Jorge was not high pressure at all. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming it almost felt like we were dealing with old friends. There was no sales pressure at any time, Jorge was knowledgable and patient, giving us plenty of time to felt like we were dealing with old friends. There was no sales pressure at any time, Jorge was knowledgable and patient, giving us plenty of time to consider this big purchase. All aspects of the purchase were explained in detail by Kim, who was kind and patient at all times, not pressuring us into anything. This was a whole new experience for us, we have bought many cars over the years and never have we been treated with such kindness and patience. We will be replacing our other car in a few months, and we will definitely come back to Kisselback to do that even though we had not at first wanted to replace it with a Ford. Outstanding moment? When we were leaving with our new SUV all the employees came out to thank us and wish us safe driving in our new vehicle. More

A couple of weeks ago, I bought my first car. I had no idea where to even start, so I just walked in one day and told them that I wanted to buy a car. Kim was so awesome I told her my price range, and wh idea where to even start, so I just walked in one day and told them that I wanted to buy a car. Kim was so awesome I told her my price range, and what I was looking for and we made a B line for a 2011 Focus. After a couple of weeks of negotiating we finally came to an agreement, and I was able to drive home my almost brand new car. Everyone in the sales dept were so awesome, after I signed the papers everyone was lined up at the door waiting to shake my hand thank and congratulate me. About a week later I discovered a nail in my tire, the leak was so slow that I wasn't sure if it was in the tire when I got it or not. Cheri over in the service center was so awesome and took care of it for me. Because of the awesome customer service experience that I had, I plan to send all my friends and family over for sales and service. When its time for me to buy again, I will definitely go back and see the folks at Kisselback Ford. More
