My car had finally given out on me and was looking for a great deal and couldn't have gone anywhere better! All of the staff were so friendly and answered every question I had for them. Here they don't stic great deal and couldn't have gone anywhere better! All of the staff were so friendly and answered every question I had for them. Here they don't stick you into new cars under a high interest rate that you can never afford and they look out for what you really want in a car. I couldn't have been any happier and I am in love with my 2011 Fiesta. More

Tonia was my salesperson, and she was the most knowledgeable Ford salesperson I had ever encountered in all my experience at several Ford dealerships in New York State and Florida. She was patient knowledgeable Ford salesperson I had ever encountered in all my experience at several Ford dealerships in New York State and Florida. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made me as a customer feel that she wanted to make me happy. She went above and beyond in focusing on me as the customer. Kim was the manager with whom Tonia communicated my offers and negotiations. Kim was the consumate professional in all her dealings with me directly, and did not hesitate to do some additional research regarding pricing on one of the options in which I was interested. Above all, she was efficient while also having a good sense of humor throughout the transaction, which made it the best negotiation and purchasing experience I have ever had with regard to the many cars I have purchased over the years from a variety of dealerships. In summary, my overall experience at Kisselback has been great so far. I can't wait to take delivery of my newly purchased car sometime in March. If the delivery process is nearly as good as the sales process has been, I look forward to it with positive anticipation. More

We stopped at the dealership to see if they had the car that we were looking for. We had stopped at a few other dealers in the last couple of months who did not have what we wanted. We were met at the door by Sales person Tonia Wheeler who was smiling and friendly and interested in helping us find what we were looking for. She quickly felt like a friend. She took lots of time showing us what she had on the lot and although it was not on the lot at the time she went out of her way to quickly find the exact car that we wanted and she had it there the next day, cleaned and ready for us to drive away. She took us out and explained all of the features to us and how they worked. Mike Reilly is the man who took care of the paperwork. He explained everything to us and had everything prepared for us to sign. Our car purchase went off without a glitch and that made us very happy. I leased a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. My sales person Rachel was very knowledgeable and helpful. I met her at the dealership about 3 weeks ageo, before any new Fusion Hybrids were delivered. She called Rachel was very knowledgeable and helpful. I met her at the dealership about 3 weeks ageo, before any new Fusion Hybrids were delivered. She called me as promised, when the first one arrived at the dealership. Two days after the call I met with her at the dealership. After some negotiating with Kim Hilley the assistant manager and with Rachel's help I was able to strike a deal. Mike Lesch the finance manager was also very helpful. I traded in a 2011 Fusion Hybrid which I had purchased at the Poffenbaugh Ford the previous owner of the dealership. I have used the service department when it was under the old ownership as well as under the new ownership and have been very satisfied. I live in St. Cloud and the convenience of the dealership is very important to me. More

Tonia was great educating me about the options on the car and made me feel appreciated. All staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.
