EXCELLENT Service I gave GMC Dealership 5 stars because they always take care of my needs with my vehicle. I wouldn't take my vehicle any place else to be serviced. I can trust the service department to take care of my vehicle. Well done! More

Disappointed I waited over a month before I heard back from the representative. After I called her I was told the part was was still not there. After two More week I waited over a month before I heard back from the representative. After I called her I was told the part was was still not there. After two More weeks I again had to contact the representative who informed me the part was in. At which time she scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival and dropping my car off to a different representative because my representative was off. I waited an hour and a half for the representative to come hand me my key and say “the part was the wrong color I will have your representative order the right one” I am unsure of the representative who assisted me when I came in to have my car serviced. Kim has always been very pleasant I am not sure if this is a case that just slipped through the crack. More

Kim Murscoe is really the main reason why I do business with this dealership. Most of my repairs are recalls and warranty and she handles my account with grace and professionalism. More

Great Service Got on website and was able to schedule service appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Kim in service drive. Kim was able to get my vehicle serviced in a reasonable time. While waiting Kim kept me informed on the progress. Upon completion Kim helped me get paperwork for GM rebates. She also pointed out possible repairs that I might will need in future. Thank you Kim and everyone at Gainesville Buick GMC. More
