I was so glad that Kim was the salesperson that greeted me today. She was so warm and treated me and my husband like we were family. We had so much in common that it felt like we were truly family. She did everything in her power to do what she could to help us find a vehicle we loved without over promising what she could do. I have dealt with plenty of salespeople but partnering with Kim felt more like we were working with family. I would refer Kim to anyone we come in contact with because I know she would treat each one the same as she did my husband and I. We were truly blessed to cross paths with Kim as she was a breath of fresh air and she did everything to try and put us in a Kia that we were happy with. Kia is extremely lucky and fortunate to have such a loyal and dedicated employee! I have worked in management for over 25 years and I know what an exemplary employee looks and acts like. Kim is a dime a dozen and every company needs to have a Kim on staff! She followed all the guidelines and went over all the features of our car. We will only deal with Kim for all of our Kia future vehicles. Thank you Kim for not having us feel like just a number. You deserve more than 5 stars! We would also be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge the gentleman that we were handed off to finish the process of closing the loop on the car process. Everyone there worked so well together & my husband and I was so impressed as it is not to often that co-workers speak so well about each other. I can understand why everyone there has at least 20 years of service. This is not an easy thing to accomplish and to have the employees state how truly happy they were and that they plan on making Kia their last place of employment!
