The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was mostly clean. The major complaint we have is regarding the time it took to make a deal was too long as well as the time it took once The facility was mostly clean. The major complaint we have is regarding the time it took to make a deal was too long as well as the time it took once the deal was made to go through purchasing was way too long. Especially since we were not financing the vehicle we purchased. Since the sales rep knew we were coming on that particular day to do the final purchase, all of that paperwork should have been prepared ahead of time. Having to wait while the processing of paperwork went from one department to the next was a waste of time. This could have been streamlined more efficiently. On a positive note, the “redelivery” program is a nice feature. We have not dealt with another dealer who offered this. We thought Kem was helpful, though he wasn’t 100% knowledgeable on all of our questions we had, he did know where to direct us to get answers. More

Jay Ellis was exemplary in all areas of sales, support and satisfaction so as to help us make the decision to buy a Subaru a "no brainer"! 2. Stephanie Bazaar, made the business transition a breeze, combining experienced knowledge and a kindness not seen often in today's world. 3. Last but certain not least, was Kim Shikles who patiently held the hand of my wife and I by revealing that many features of the Forester we purchased in a hands on manner we've never experienced. Combined with his knowledge of the vehicle was an empathetic disposition toward those of us having limitations respecting new technology! First, rip you off on your trade in. Say they have to do so much to your car but do nothing and and try to sell it for three times what they gave you for it. Push paint protection which I repeated that I DID NOT want. Then they sound like they threw it in for free. That was 1,400 USD and a two weeks later I had a stain in the paint they told me we will set up a appointment and never did. I repeated many times I didn't want the extended warranty. They continued to push and push until my blood sugar was low and signed it. I will advise anybody looking for a Subaru to look somewhere else. I have bought many cars in my life I never believed I could be treated like a idiot like I was. If this is how they treat veterans they should be ashamed. Went in thinking I was buying a 29,000 car walked out paying 39,000. They seem nice but fake as heck. The only guy that was honest and helpful was Kim the tech guy. Overall, car is ok, dealership bad. I didn't even want to give them one star but that is the lowest. More

Great! Castle Subaru is very nice and clean. It is definitely friendly and lots of space to relax while waiting for your vehicle's service. The only proble Castle Subaru is very nice and clean.
