Mr. Kim Thomas did an awesome job with us, really enjoyed him working with us, just a great overall experience with him and the dealership. If someone needs a new vehicle they need to come to this dealership him working with us, just a great overall experience with him and the dealership. If someone needs a new vehicle they need to come to this dealership. Esmeralda in finance was great as well. She did a great job. Every one there is very friendly and they care about the customer. I was a client of Five Star Ford Dallas, TX and would like to give an honest review about this place! I was waiting for 6 months and didn’t want to post nothing, but now I don’t see a reason to wait lon like to give an honest review about this place! I was waiting for 6 months and didn’t want to post nothing, but now I don’t see a reason to wait longer. First of all, in December 2020 I bought my custom made special order Van Ford Transit 250. In the process of ordering everything was good, everybody were helpful, give all information about the car, promised to help with everything I need. But once I got my car and paid for everything, that’s it! They recommended me to pay $600 for all paperwork( plate number,registration inspection,office fee)so they will do everything, and I paid. It’s already 6 months passed now and I still don’t have my plates!!! I called millions of times to their office, they always have some excuses. This is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all! I supposed to get my plates in 2-4 weeks by mail, when after 4 weeks I called, I find out that they didn’t even processed my papers. After they started the process they made a lot of mistakes, which took like 3 months to fix everything ( wrong address, signing documents, wrong zip code, etc. ) . Today is the 9th of May and I still don’t have my license plates and driving with paper plates what gives me a lot of trouble on the road !! Still no information about my plates. After I called, they recommended me to go to the DMV and get my plates by myself! Excuse me, so for what I paid $600 ?? I can’t describe you how many nerves and time this situation took from me, I just can’t deal with this dealership anymore. Another problem they never send information to my bank , Another problem is that I paid extra $500 for the maintenance/oil change service contract but every time I go to change my oil this option is 8 service STILL not in the system, for the 6 months they could not do it right. I don’t recommend this place, better read reviews before you are going to this Dealership! It’s not professional people are working there, they ignore and don’t respect the customer!
