I have used about all departments, Sales have bought 2 Rangers, 3 Escorts, (both 4 door and station wagons), a used Lincoln Town car, Ford Econoline Van, and a Expedition over the years, then I have used Rangers, 3 Escorts, (both 4 door and station wagons), a used Lincoln Town car, Ford Econoline Van, and a Expedition over the years, then I have used the Service Dept. and Parts Dept. Always treated very well. I also used the Collision Dept. 3 times through the years. Everyone in every Dept. always treated me well, explained everything to me and answered all my many questions. Have been going to Nick Nicholas Ford for all of my service work on my last two F150’s, one purchased here in 2011, and my 2015 purchased in SC, approx. 9 years. Met Shane Bryant at the dealership last service work on my last two F150’s, one purchased here in 2011, and my 2015 purchased in SC, approx. 9 years. Met Shane Bryant at the dealership last Feb., and went over a notification I received from Ford. Shane was very pro active on this issue and got me with Kim Williams that same day to start our search for a new 2021 F-150. Kim was great to work with and also pro active in trying to find a truck that met the specifications I was looking for. After a thorough search of Fl. Dealers and nearby states, we decided on ordering the exact truck we wanted. Unbeknownst to any of us, this was right at the time Covid to over the country and auto manufacturing almost came to a halt . Kim was in contact with us whenever I called or text her during the 6 months it took for our truck to arrive at the dealer. Kim met us yesterday morning, Saturday at 9:30 to finish up the paperwork and go over all the new items on the truck. Frank in the finance also was very helpful and No Pressure applied , just provided good information. We have only had the truck for two days, and we are 100% pleased with our purchase and our experience at Nick Nicholas Ford ! If you have ever had a bad experience with a new vehicle purchase in the past, give these folks a try, I am sure you will not regret it. Sales and service depts. are top notch.
