The Service Writer, Kimberly is the worst that I have every spoke with. The start of the process appeared to be smooth as I had my son and wife drop off my Nissan Titan. I had a detailed list that my son every spoke with. The start of the process appeared to be smooth as I had my son and wife drop off my Nissan Titan. I had a detailed list that my son gave to K. Only 3 of the six items were addressed and she cleverly added a brake flush at over $200.00 in and the vehicle has just over 32,000 miles! I spoke with her on the phone, or that was my intent, but I was talked over and dismissed and mislead. She quickly gave me a rundown on what was done, not an explanation, just a quick half rundown. I presumed it was correct and agreed. When I got in the vehicle, the next morning, I was not happy, I called and spoke with the Service Manager and at first, she was engaged and presented as wanting to help, I thought to myself, this is good. She was to check into somethings and get back with me. I was promised a call on the following Monday. I had to call her two days later, on Wednesday, as she was apparently not intending to call me after the dealership had gotten together and decided how they were going to spin things, so much for being promised a call as everything had changed. She was fully on board with what took place and this was a waste of time. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT GRUBBS NISSAN again! The service department is not trust worthy and they do not follow the law! A work request is supposed to be totaled up as to cost, signed and then if the work to be done is more than 20% above the cost of the estimated price, it must be authorized by the responsible party. Not a GRUBBS NISSAN, they do the work, without a signature, and then quickly explain what was done and not in any type of detail, they overcharge and do not tell you the cost until you are ready to pick up your vehicle. They certainly do not do as asked, not even with a clear set of up typed instructions as to what you the owner wants done. STAY away from this place or at least Kimberly and the Service Manager as a minimum. I will not return to them, if I cannot find another dealership that can do the work properly, I will sell my Nissan Titan and purchase a different vehicle.
