Great purchase experience I originally visited this dealership for a test drive only. I found the salesman (Frank) to be very professional and covered all the vehicle's assets I originally visited this dealership for a test drive only. I found the salesman (Frank) to be very professional and covered all the vehicle's assets. I then checked out a different brand of auto. That evening, when I told Frank of the other brand offer, he asked me to give him the opportunity to match the deal. I met with Claudio the following morning, he was also a very knowledgeable and worked with the managers to get me the best possible deal. They were able to come extremely close to the other brand offer (on a 2019) with the 2020 model Hyundai!! Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of a 2020 Tucson Sport. The quality of workmanship is great and it is a dream to drive. I especially appreciate the power liftgate as I broke my arm recently and was having trouble closing the manual liftgate on my trade-in. Claudio was very helpful with making the exchange of vehicles and completing the paperwork. Best experience I've had with a car purchase! More
