Just bought a Dodge Hornet. It was a loaner, so it had 3k miles on it when I purchased. Had a few minor problems. Everyone from the salesman, to the sales manager, to the finance department really worked with me to make sure I was a happy customer. The only complaint I have, if I have to knit pick something. Seems like the communication between the sales department and repair area, was a little lacking. Overall, they all did a great job. More

We got the run around from the financing department from the start. Told them they were approved then said they had a better finance company with lower payments. They signed paperwork both times then when i the start. Told them they were approved then said they had a better finance company with lower payments. They signed paperwork both times then when it came down to it they then said my mother in law needed a drivers license in order to be financed through the one bank after signing the paperwork. We sat at dmv for over 5 hours. She don't drive due to medical reasons. It was a complete nightmare and not to mention the car was a 2024 and 3 days later it went into the shop for repairs due to a fuel pump..hmmmm kinda weird if you ask me. More
