The car arrived clean and with a full tank of gas! Kimberly helped the delivery guy hook up my phone to the car Bluetooth remotely from the dealership. Kimberly had excellent communication with me every step of the way through the process either with phone calls, voice messages, or text messages. Wasted my time Saw a used Toyota Highlander at this dealership that interested me on Facebook Marketplace on a Sunday night (April 7). Used the in-app texting to ask Saw a used Toyota Highlander at this dealership that interested me on Facebook Marketplace on a Sunday night (April 7). Used the in-app texting to ask if the car was still available. Got an affirmative reply and arranged to see it the next morning at 11 AM (several texts back & forth with them, including salesperson Kimberly). Drove an hour the next morning to the dealership. Asked for Kimberly, had to wait several minutes before she appeared. When I identified myself, she said that the car in question had been sold that morning. She also claimed that she had no way to contact me, when we had had several texts back and forth the previous evening. Her refusal to take any responsibility for the waste of my time was very upsetting. I will never patronize this dealership again. More

Feeling good about our new car. Our initial contact was with Kimberly. She was very professional and knowledgeable in helping us understand the pro's and con's between a Pilot and Our initial contact was with Kimberly. She was very professional and knowledgeable in helping us understand the pro's and con's between a Pilot and CR-V. She also helped in explaining the differences between CR-V models. Although we only met personally with her one time, Kimberly stayed in touch and kept us informed of opportunities via email and texting over a 3 -4 month period. She is the reason we returned to the dealership. When we returned to the dealership (without an appointment) Kimberly was busy with another customer and we were referred to Jordan. Jordan is new with only 3 days on the floor prior to our visit. We found him to be professional, friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable in explaining the many features included on the CR-V EX-L. Not being a tech savvy buyer, Jordan was patient and provided us with useful, straight forward explanations that we could understand. He was quick to show us various models, colors, interiors, etc in helping us find the CR-V we wanted. When we began discussing trade-ins and pricing, Jordan sought the help of others and did so in a timely manner. We were not ready to make a decision that day and made an appointment to return the following day. When we returned, Jordan had the CR-V we were interested in buying staged and ready for us. Since we didn't agree in the initial price, Jordan facilitated bringing in the people needed to complete the deal. Negotiations were polite and direct and an agreement was reached in a reasonable period of time. Our only complaint was the time it took to complete the paper work as we waited over an hour to sign the documents. Also, Alan was called upon to during our visit to fix a problem in setting up the radio and he was super, solving the problem in 5 minutes. More
