Kip dealt with a complication excellently. I tried to use your buy happy service. Someone called from a call center 10 minutes after I clicked the button and asked me for ***an appointment***, I tried to use your buy happy service. Someone called from a call center 10 minutes after I clicked the button and asked me for ***an appointment***, NOT for me to wait for an email or a phone call. I asked for 2:45 and showed up at the dealership at the right time, but of course there was no appointment because the kid that called me didn't say “wait for an email” or a phone call. I put a deposit down, because I've done my research on YouTube. I come home and there is a phone call and an email from another salesperson. My objective was was not to waste any time because I'm pretty sure I knew what I wanted. Kip got a good vehicle in within 10 days at the same deal so it was fine. The finance guy was great, too, but I don't remember his name. So far my analysis from the videos has more than borne out. It's a great car. It's perfect for me. More
