Had been looking to replace my 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe with 113,000+ miles. Had been looking over the last two years and located 2009 Tahoe and it was clean and we were able to agree on the numbers. I had been looking for a specific car on-line for months. After finding the one I was interested in I emailed the dealership and within a few hours I was contacted by Kip. The following morning I spoke wit After finding the one I was interested in I emailed the dealership and within a few hours I was contacted by Kip. The following morning I spoke with him and he let me know that the car I was interested in was available; he immediately set up an appointment for me with Charles. Unfortunately, when I got to the dealership on Saturday the car had been sold. I was disappointed, but Charles informed that their was another car, the same year but better than the one I wanted. He was absolutely correct! I fell in-love with the car on site! This car was the same year, make and model with lower miles and much, much more nicer than the one I previously wanted! Charles was not pushy, he allowed me the time and space to make my own decisions and I now have an AMAZING new car. The ease of paperwork and finance was awesome. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
