The following details reflect serious systemic failures regarding dealership management, service quality, and vehicle reliability. • Expecting a customer to drive a brand-new $80,000 vehicle with major charging restrictions is entirely unacceptable. I have dedicated full working days, incurred unnecessary travel, and faced major disruptions to my daily life, career, and family commitments due to poor management, lack of communication, and inadequate service. A brand-new $80,000 vehicle that cannot use public fast-charging infrastructure is not fully functional; it is a major daily hindrance. More
