He was very understanding and candid with our situation financially and was very courteous and flexible in my juggling of our meeting times. Having four children to contend with alongside being a full-time student myself makes life more than a little hectic, but Kiril took all my questions and shuffling in stride. In the end we were able to make the process work for us and were in and out of the dealership, on a Saturday no less, in about two hours. I look forward to utilizing them again for our second vehicle upgrade and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends/family.
