Bad experience I called first about a car I was interested in and was told they were offering deals for black friday so I drove an hour each way to get to this deale I called first about a car I was interested in and was told they were offering deals for black friday so I drove an hour each way to get to this dealership. When I arrived, the sales person I worked with had no interest in negotiating or offering any deals. They were charging $2000 over KBB and said they could give a couple hundred dollars off but no more. It was a big waste of time. More

Perfect I found a car I loved on cargurus, and reached out by email to the dealership. I got a response that night and set up a test drive. When I drove the car I was still waiting on my outside financing. Kiril worked with his team to make sure I would be able to take my car as soon as my loan was finalized. The car I bought was not brand new, or expensive by their standards, but I feel like kiril and Matt treated me respectfully at every part of the transaction, which has not been my experience other places! More

After looking online this place had decent pricing Grand Subaru is a fine dealership, I thought their prices were competitive, and the used inventory pretty large.
