Kiril is the BEST! I've had my car for 18 years, so I was long overdue for an upgrade. I knew I wanted a 2020 Subaru Outback, but wasn't sure if I would be able to find I've had my car for 18 years, so I was long overdue for an upgrade. I knew I wanted a 2020 Subaru Outback, but wasn't sure if I would be able to find the model that fit my needs. When I gave Kiril a call, he helped me decide on one that fit my needs but also didn't hurt my wallet (the Premium). Within 15 minutes he was able to find it in my first color choice! This was a big deal considering that production of these new vehicles had slowed down. Fast forward a week later, my family and I went to the dealership and met with Kiril to finalize the purchase. He was very friendly, personable and patient with the whole process (especially when it came to teaching us about the car's technology features).
