I found the remolded service area to be very comfortable. All employees were knowledgeable and courteous. We had an appointment for an oil change and wiper change. It took over 2.5 hours which is unacceptable. Will not go back for an oil change at the dealership. Our rep did not meet to discuss the oil change It took over 2.5 hours which is unacceptable. Will not go back for an oil change at the dealership. We bought a car which we give both the salesperson and financial advisor 5 stars. Excellent to work with. We also had to have another appointment to have a key fob programmed.
