I told the service advisor (name: Kozak) that the problem with my car was the shock absorber. I asked that he first check if it is under warranty before doing anything. He made me sign a form. I waited 5hrs with my car was the shock absorber. I asked that he first check if it is under warranty before doing anything. He made me sign a form. I waited 5hrs so i thought he was already fixing the shock absorber and that it’s under warranty. I was surprised when he came back to tell me that the problem was the shock absorber, and it is not under warranty and i have to pay the diagnostic fee! I told him from the start that that was the problem and foe him to check if it is under warranty. I asked to speak with the manager who said that i have to pay or they will not release my car. THIS WAS CLEARLY A HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Beware and don’t let them nickel & dime you! More
