We appreciated his laid back and personable personality. Would definitely recommend Frank for future sales. This is not regarding Frank: but as a whole, it was taxing to wait for each of the individual in between processes (parts, service, finance, etc). Christiansen, and the rest of the sales and service personnel. Quick, easy, and no haggle pressure at all. I was offered a greatly discounted price off MSRP on a brand new 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE with a grand total of 6 miles on the odometer and an additional $2500 immediate Toyotathon rebate on top. Since year end stock was low, I didn't expect they would have the exact color scheme I was looking for, but J.C. checked the stock following our test drive and found the exact match to please my wife with her Christmas Eve surprise! The sale includes first 2 years or 25K miles worth of regularly scheduled maintenance for FREE including FREE oil changes every 4 months! And, of course, the standard superb warranties. They offered some great after sales options, as well, to better protect the vehicle and/or extend warranties at what I considered reasonable pricing. Again, zero pressure to purchase. I just bought a new 2020 Toyota C-Hr and it has very nice tires and wheels. Within 18 hours of buying the vehicle a metal shard the size of a tent stake pierced the center of my tire. The tire couldn’t be re tires and wheels. Within 18 hours of buying the vehicle a metal shard the size of a tent stake pierced the center of my tire. The tire couldn’t be repaired. Within 24 hours of buying the vehicle I was facing around 300 dollars in repairs for a new tire. The service department manager was gracious enough to replace the tire for me at no cost. I have always loved Larry H Miller liberty Toyota and my loyalty and commitment to servicing my cars and buying Toyota’s has increased exponentially. I drive 40 minutes from fountain just so that I can be treated so special here. What an amazing dealership and what a wonderful thing to do at Christmas time. #customer4life More

Four hours seems long to wait but 11:30 is still early in the day. Kodee was both professional and up front with additional service of wiper blades needed. It may have been a little pricey for 3 blades on my Rav4 but worth the hassle. More

Brent and His Team Are Focused on Getting it Right I had brought our two Toyota vehicles in to have accessories work done on them at separate times. One ended up having a scheduling and parts issue, wh I had brought our two Toyota vehicles in to have accessories work done on them at separate times. One ended up having a scheduling and parts issue, while the other one had several issues after a lift was done on it. I am former military and a stickler for when its going to be done it's done and at that time within reason and communicated if it misses that within reason time. I am sure when they see me coming they are like, "He's back..." Despite me being me on what is probably the classic difficult customer, they always addressed my questions and were willing to come to a resolution on problems and figure out a way to get any issues resolved.
