We bought a used car from this dealership last week. We were told by the car Salesman that the car had NEW tires on it. When we took the car to get checked out by our own mechanic, we found out they wer We were told by the car Salesman that the car had NEW tires on it. When we took the car to get checked out by our own mechanic, we found out they were not only not new, but had uneven treads on the front and back tires. Management would not stand behind what the Salesman told us and will not make it right. We cannot even get the same tread tires on the car from them, much less the NEW tires we were told were on there. BUYER BEWARE!! The dealership's General Manager is hiding behind the rules that they are not required to replace tires that are of a certain tread. I don't dispute their standard for replacement. WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE NEW! SHAMEFUL of Kohler Damson not to stand by the word of their Salesmen!! More
