I was 4 days into a 30 day driving vacation with my wife when I picked up a screw in one of my tires and had a loss of air pressure. I went to Corwin Ford at approx 6:30 in the evening to ask about tire re when I picked up a screw in one of my tires and had a loss of air pressure. I went to Corwin Ford at approx 6:30 in the evening to ask about tire repair. Kolten Heck (Service advisor) assured me that if I brought my car back in the morning he would ensure that it got looked at and my tire repaired within 60-90 minutes. I am very happy and grateful to say that the work was completed efficiently and in the time promised. Kolten was extremely friendly, welcoming and professional in my experience with him. I have dealt with many service advisors over the years and Kolten has a way that is assuring and trustful that so many others lack. I felt like a valued customer and am completely satisfied with the work that was performed. Kolten is an excellent ambassador for Corwin Ford. More
