When we contacted dealership asked about a vehicle that they showed to have in stock the salesman immediately looked it up and told me yes it was available on day of purchase reached out to the salesman. I purchased a used Audi from this dealership a little over 2 months ago. I was promised a second key. Andrew promised that he would take care of it but it would take a few weeks to get. Fast forward a over 2 months ago. I was promised a second key. Andrew promised that he would take care of it but it would take a few weeks to get. Fast forward a 4-6 weeks later and their locksmith couldn't do it. I was told by Andrew that they have the key but a different locksmith will reach out to me and get it taken care of. I have not heard from anyone in 2 weeks and I've lost all faith that they will deliver on their promise. I've left messages with Andrew Moody the sales manager and Randy Martin the general manager but neither have reached back out to me with any kind of update. Please be careful when buying a car from this dealership based on promises that they won't deliver. More
