Quick and easy buying experience I came to Crown Mercedes to look at their certified preowned cars and was very happy with the selection. I was headed to another appointment and in a hurry so Konstantin was kind enough to put all of the numbers together for me on two cars and send them over by email. After a quick review, I picked a great GLA with unique finishes. Most everything was completed virtually so that when I arrived At the dealership the next morning to sign paperwork, I was in and out quickly. After I get check from the bank they were nobody help me, keep me and my friend waiting alone in the lobby for almost two Hr. Because it is very new to the GLE market so don’t really know about the car. When drive back to my house I find there was only fog light on. I thought it was broken so I bring back to the dealer next day, their attitude is very bad, they did explain to me why there is only one fog light on, but the tone of their voice made me fee very uncomfortable. It feel like a little of racist , their saying that I don’t know what like in China but in US we only have one light on. ( because I’m from China.) Mercedes is very nice car but this dealership tried they customer like you own them something. More
