I really appreciate friendly salespeople as I used to work in retail myself and I was extremly happy to be greated so warmly by Konstantin right from the start. I couldn't have had a better experience with Konstantin as he was patient, answered all of my questions and was so informative. We were looking for a new family car before the arrival of our new bundle of joy and after many weekends of having my husband drag me around dozens of car lot dealerships through pouring rain, I finally co of our new bundle of joy and after many weekends of having my husband drag me around dozens of car lot dealerships through pouring rain, I finally convinced him to drive by Crown of Dublin- Mercedes Benz as our final destination. After a few minutes, there it was, the perfect family vehicle for me, I mean us! A Mercedes Benz GLK 350, the perfect body, the perfect size, and the perfect features inside. I knew this was it, no other vehicle would do, but my dilemma would be the price and the capabilities of the sales person to satisfy my husband's business minded demands and schedule. I came in during the weekday with my neighbor and was greated right away by Mr. Konstantin Chumak . I inquired about the car and he offered a test drive, my neighbor encouraged my to do it, and we were off down the freeway. I fell in love, the shape of the car is a unique luxury style that's apart from the other high end cars I've been in " the bubble look", the back seats are spacious for car seat, the trunk has plenty of room for baby stroller, two sun roofs (one for momma and one for baby), blue tooth, satellite radio, quite and smooth ride, navigator, hands free controls, safety airbags, luxery, and more! My husband came home from his business trip with a limited time window. I contacted Konstantin with the plethora of questions, while at the BMW dealership, because my husband was interested in their high end vehicle. We were looking for the best car, the best deal, and the best price for our trade in. My husband spoke to Konstantin and he was able to give him the numbers to bring us in the next morning. Konstantin 's eagerness, knowledge, professionalism, and Crown Of Dublin-Mercedes Benz willingness to deal, made the sale! It was quick and painless, and We couldn't be happier, we will buy another car from Crown and from Konstantin, specifically. Thank you, hubby and Mr. Konstantin Chumak ! More

All categories received a "5" from me for the best rating because of the excellent treatment that I received not only when I purchased my pre-owned certified GLK in February, but also for the fri best rating because of the excellent treatment that I received not only when I purchased my pre-owned certified GLK in February, but also for the friendliness and help that I have received from Kon Chumak when I have been back to the dealership for information and car washes. Kon has treated me more like a friend than a client each time I have been in the dealership. Today I stopped by for a car wash and had no intention of bothering him because I know what it is to work a job and have many to-do's on my plate. Kon made a point to notice that I was in the waiting area watching tv and came over to see how I was and if I needed anything. I told him that I had a couple of questions, and he undertook immediately to see that I received the answers I was looking for. On the first question, he took off to research it and giet me the answer; on the second question, he brought someone from the service department to meet me and answer me accurately; and on the third question, he went out to the car with me after the wash was completed to show me how to listen to the apps that I have on my iphone--something that I couldn't fiigure out from reading the manual on my own. It is service and kindness and personal attention like this that will continue to bring me back to Crown in the future. Service like this is just unheard of in our present-day business world--at least, it has been for me. I want to thank Crown for providing such excellent and professional help in their sales force. I have become a loyal customer of Crown through the wonderful treatment that I have received through Kon Chumak. More

Because of an extremely unpleasant customer service experience at "another" Mercedes Benz dealership, I had strongly considered not purchasing my first Mercedes. I decided to give it another try and experience at "another" Mercedes Benz dealership, I had strongly considered not purchasing my first Mercedes. I decided to give it another try and I made a call to Crown Eurocars. My sales consultant was Mr. Konstantine Chumak. I shared my previous experience with him and he assured me that I would be properly taken care of at Crown. The service I received was nothing short of “FANTASTIC!” Mr. Chumak did everything possible to assist me in choosing the perfect vehicle. I wanted a Mercedes Benz M-Class 350. Mr. Chumak found the “PERFECT” vehicle for me. I can not accurately convey how well I was treated my Konstantine. I did not experience the pressure tactics I previously encountered at “another” dealership and most of all Mr. Chumak made sure that understood each level of the purchasing process. My M-CLASS was cleaned and detailed on the day I took possession of it, however I was most impressed with the fact that Konstantine took the time to demonstrate and explain the outstanding features of my new M-Class. I am extremely pleased with my car buying experience. I highly recommend Crown Eurocars and Konstantine. Thank you Crown and more importantly thank you Konstantine because it was largely due to your professionalism, kindness and patience which made this the BEST car buying experience I have ever had.
