I have dealt with Johnson and spitzer and the service is good. Except this time the deal went great I ordered accessories for my 2026 GMC Canyon I took time off work to get it done was told all the accessor good. Except this time the deal went great I ordered accessories for my 2026 GMC Canyon I took time off work to get it done was told all the accessories were in but to find out only the tonto cover was in I was given a loaner which I had to put gas in so this part of the deal im not to excited about. The service department was outstanding. Traveling to NYC, my vehicle broken down. This was Sunday morning. 720 Monday morning I called them and they got me in as soon as they could.. At 930 Traveling to NYC, my vehicle broken down. This was Sunday morning. 720 Monday morning I called them and they got me in as soon as they could.. At 930 my vehicle was diagnosed and then estimate was ready. The turbo had blown. Be they are not cheap. They had the parts in hand. Couldn’t have been more thankful. They said they could maybe have it done before COB or first thing Tuesday morning. They gave me a ride back to my hotel. At 420 pm they called and said it was done. Now that’s what I call service, as to fix a turbo is not an easy job. Couldn’t have been a nicer place. More
