Larry and the rest of the team showed up when I needed them the most. Not only were they able to find me a vehicle, they assisted with transportation in the meantime. I cannot say enough good things about More

Hi My name is Joseph, and I am one of the managers at the Tulsa Patriot store. I was to say sorry for the experience that you had and reach out to you to see if there is anything I can do to turn that 1-star review into a better one. I see that in most areas you gave us at least 3 stars, however, the overall review is a 1-star review. I would like to do what it takes to turn this into a 5-star. I look forward to hearing from you soon!!!

I’m honestly not sure what more you could do at this point. No offense to you at all. I genuinely feel sorry that you’ve had to spend your time reaching out to me regarding an issue that was never your responsibility to begin with. To summarize the situation clearly: I purchased a truck from Ben and was told the price was $12,888 but in the office turned to almost $22,000 and I know you cant do anything about the price but with Ben, I was in constant contact with him regarding issues that arose almost immediately. I reported the problem on day two of owning the truck, yet communication was extremely delayed. It took approximately six days before I received a response. During that time, I also sent an email to Austin Taylor, which was never acknowledged or responded to. Once Ben finally responded, the matter was turned over to Jared in the service department. A tow was sent to pick up the truck, but there was very little communication about what was actually happening. I wasn’t informed of the situation until I physically showed up at the shop. At that point, I was told nothing could be done due to a transmission problem. After that, I met with Lee, and an attempt was made to place me in a different vehicle A (2024 model). I explained that a newer truck was not feasible for me financially. I then asked about a 2016 Chevrolet with 121,000 miles. I was told I could not qualify for that vehicle due to the mileage. This is where the confusion becomes frustrating: the truck that was sold to me has approximately 157,000 miles, significantly more than the 2016 Chevrolet I was denied financing for, and for the trade. No one has been able to clearly explain why I could not be financed for the 2016 truck other than “because of the miles,” which does not make sense given the higher mileage of the vehicle I did qualify for. At this point, the lack of communication, consistency, and clarity throughout this entire process has been extremely disappointing and confusing. I’m simply trying to understand how this situation was handled the way it was and what, if anything, can be done to make it right. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I appreciate any clarity or resolution you can provide. Sincerely, Tyler Bettis
