I want to take a moment to sincerely recognize Korey Hodges at Patriot CDJR. After a very difficult and frustrating experience during my initial purchase, I was left feeling unheard and uncertain about Hodges at Patriot CDJR. After a very difficult and frustrating experience during my initial purchase, I was left feeling unheard and uncertain about where things stood. Speaking with Korey has been a complete change in direction. From the first conversation, he took the time to truly listen to my concerns, acknowledge the past issues, and work with me in a way that felt genuine and respectful. Korey has been consistent, responsive, and transparent, giving me the answers I’ve been searching for and restoring a sense of trust that had been lost. For the first time since this process began, I feel like my situation actually matters. I’m not being treated like just another number or transaction, but like a real person whose time, concerns, and experience are valued. I’m meeting with Korey on Monday to go over my options, and I’m walking into that meeting feeling hopeful instead of stressed, something I didn’t think I would feel again regarding this situation. His professionalism, empathy, and willingness to make things right have made a meaningful difference for me. Thank you, Korey Hodges, for stepping up, communicating clearly, and showing what true customer care looks like. More
