I began my career with Heritage in November 2002 and have had the opportunity to serve in several leadership roles throughout the organization. Over the course of my 30-year career in the automotive industry, I have built and led high-performing teams with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. At the beginning of 2026, I was entrusted with leading both the Sales and Service operations at Heritage CDJR & VW Parkville, with a focus on building a customer-first culture and creating an outstanding experience for every guest. I am incredibly proud of the team we have assembled and the progress we have made together in the last several months. We are committed to earning our customers' trust through transparency, respect for their time, and exceptional service.
