I am very dissatisfied with the service and customer service I received. I got an oil change and a part changed from a recall. When I brought my car in, it was working perfectly fine. When I was driving service I received. I got an oil change and a part changed from a recall. When I brought my car in, it was working perfectly fine. When I was driving home, the car started burning so much smoke. I was scared for my life. I had to pull over on the side of the road and call my husband to come get me. When he came and I turned on the car, he immediately yelled that I shut it off. He had never seen so much smoke come out of a car. I called the dealer and they said to drive it to the dealer. I asked if they could tow it as I didn’t feel safe driving it and they said they didn’t have a tow truck but if I wanted to tow it I could. I have never driven my husband’s pick up truck because I can’t drive big cars. I was so scared to drive my car that I asked to drive his truck instead so he could drive mine. As he drove my car back to the dealer, the street was covered in smoke for blocks. Cars couldn’t see anything. We were not offered a loaner or a rental. We were just told that they were closing and that they would take a look at it on Monday. This happened on Saturday right before they closed. I was then left without a car on Mother’s Day weekend. I have two elderly parents who I couldn’t take places all weekend because they can’t get in and out of my husband’s truck. I was also not able to go into work on Monday because I didn’t have a car. On Monday, it was noon and I still hadn’t heard from anyone. I had to call. I was told they were about to call me. They said that the reason for lol the oil was because they had overfilled my oil and that no damage to my engine/motor or transmission had been done. They said it should be done in about an hour, they just wanted to drive it a bit. An hour turned into several hours. My gas tank was almost full. They continued to drive my car around town for hours because they couldn’t get the car to stop smoking. I also had to ask that they bring the car to me as I didn’t have a way of getting there since my husband was at work. Finally around 4 pm my car was dropped off with only one quarter of gas left. I was promised by Kory that a customer service manager would be caling me and they most likely be offering free detailing and free oil change for all the inconveniences. That was on Monday. Today is Friday and I still haven’t gotten a call. More

Bad communication. I was told the oil change and recall would take 2-3 hours. I usually go to the gym while the work is being done. I know transportation is provided co I was told the oil change and recall would take 2-3 hours. I usually go to the gym while the work is being done. I know transportation is provided complimentary is not a must which I always appreciate. My appointment was at 3. The work was done in one hour. I would have stayed and waited if I would’ve known that. I was never informed that the complementary shuttle was not going to be available to return to my car. I could’ve saved myself $15 by waiting at the dealership. When speaking on the phone trying to return I was informed that the next time the shuttle can pick me up was Monday mind you is Friday. I don’t know if that was a joke. Just a bad experience in general. More
