Service department had a long wait to get a loaner and had my vehicle for 3 weeks for repair. During the weeks it was in there I had asked for them to keep me updated on estimated time of repair and had t had my vehicle for 3 weeks for repair. Maybe recomend - if they weren't in a time crunch It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my old change. While waiting I visited the used car lot. After almost an hour the salesman said "I'm sure you'r It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my old change. While waiting I visited the used car lot. After almost an hour the salesman said "I'm sure you're car is done, oil changes only take about 20 minutes to complete, especially since you had an appointment". I get over there and the guy said it had just been pulled into the bay and should be about 20 more minutes. It was another 30 minutes before it was ready. More
