We were pushed to purchase additional services but that is the norm of all the car dealers. 2. When I drove the vehicle home I found out a tiny ding at the passenger door, the sale person referred me to a responsible staff but after calling her and left a message I have never received any response. And the ding is tiny so I can live with that. Other than that the service is very friendly, the environment very comfortable. Will come back again. More

Flexibility, Friendliness and Professionalism Galore I had a unique situation to purchase a vehicle for my trustor with as little time invested as possible. Fremont Toyota responded to my online inquiry I had a unique situation to purchase a vehicle for my trustor with as little time invested as possible. Fremont Toyota responded to my online inquiry within an hour. That was impressive because I contacted four other dealerships in the area and am still awaiting a response from two. I am also not available by phone during the day due to family and work constraints and the dealership was able to email and text in real-time to communicate meeting times and answer questions. I am very grateful that they were so flexible in their communication style. I felt like Fremont Toyota is willing to meet each customer in their particular circumstance to accommodate specific needs. I only had to explain my circumstances surrounding the trust purchase once which was a relief. I was also impressed that they honored the lowest pricing ahead of the big July 4th sales weekend without hesitation. I had been shopping around and Fremont's pricing came in much lower than any other dealer in the area. I would also like to say thank you for not attempting to reclose a closed sale. I walked in ready to purchase and did not have to haggle or hear a bunch of unexpected add ons to the deal. Everyone was simply open, honest, and straightforward. I would completely purchase a vehicle here again and recommend anyone else that does not want the typical car sales experience to do so as well. At Fremont Toyota, I feel that they believe in their products, understand their customers, and are not inclined to beat around the bush. Thank you Kouroush Ehsani for being willing to email everything to me in advance, speak with your finance manager before we even made an appointment and help us spend as little time as possible closing the sale. Huge appreciation to Veer Singh for closing our sale and being completely transparent about all of the back end opportunities. We were able to get the warranties and service plan that would best suit our needs without any upselling. And I am grateful that you valued our time enough to set up a second appointment that reduced our paperwork time and allowed me to procure insurance. It really does feel like a family experience and I have to say I actually felt cared for during this purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to working with them again in the future. More
