Understaffed. Lack of a expert to fully demonstrate and educate the new vehicle features. When I bought a Nissan Altima in Florida the salesman brought a expert who was a member of their staff to fully ex educate the new vehicle features. When I bought a Nissan Altima in Florida the salesman brought a expert who was a member of their staff to fully explain the features of the vehicle I was interested in. When I did buy the vehicle that same expert went through the features with me and set everything up and then made sure I knew how to use everything. More
