I had an excellent experience at Grote Automotive! Brian was incredibly professional, courteous, and patient. I was expecting the worst being a female going to buy a car by myself. However I gave him my pri was incredibly professional, courteous, and patient. I was expecting the worst being a female going to buy a car by myself. However I gave him my price range and he showed me exactly what I had to choose from. I was treated with respect and there was no sales pressure at all! He was quick and efficient, without rushing me in any way. Also Kris was extremely helpful in explaining all the purchase & warranty details after the sale. I will recommend Grote to everyone I know.
