Customer Service - The car had some items that needed attention as any used car will have and Kris made sure they were taken care of them to our satisfaction. Thanks Kris. 2. Quality of Work - The first time we saw the car, the detail shop had done a less than stellar job. Thank you, Kris. You took it back and had the detail redone and then it was excellent. 3. Friendliness - Our only direct contact was with Kris and we have absolutely NO complaints. Sales people all around the area could watch Kris and learn a LOT on how to take care of a customer. 4. Overall Experience - The detail boondoggle is the only thing that keeps our overall experience from being great. Again, had it not been for Kris, our overall experience would not have been nearly so good. Thanks again Kris. 5. Price - The price in my humble opinion was a bit high, but I honestly think that Kris got the best price for us that he possibly could. More
