Cussed out They took my Dodge Charger for a twenty mile joy ride to fix a broken blinker. When confronted about this issue I was told by the service manager that They took my Dodge Charger for a twenty mile joy ride to fix a broken blinker. When confronted about this issue I was told by the service manager that I was a lier. And I quote I don't have the f word time to take your car for a joy ride. Then I proved it to him with a picture I took when I dropped it off. He took this opportunity to tell me to take my f word car and leave. He then began to blame myself and girlfriend for there lack of communication from one department to another. There is no accountability at this place. They charged my girlfriend 140 for an oil change without asking. Ordered the wrong parts keeped the car for two days. Bye the time it was all said and done they finally fixed car. No apology for treatment very unpleasant visit I wil go to Kalamazoo from now on. More
