Worst service ever. My car has been there for 4 weeks and nothing is being done. My only car. I'm fighting cancer, shouldn't have to fight to get car fixed. Can't get through by phone. FIX MY CAR. I even borrowed and car to come talk to someone. Spotted Cesar my advisor. He said he'd call Warranty department next day. I have a life time bumper to bumper Warranty. I think that's why they won't fix it. I can't take anywhere else but dealer or I void my Warranty. My whole family have bought Dodges, jeeps. Chrysler etc for years but with this total lack of service, as in NO SERVICE so far, 4 whole weeks, I need to get my car fixed. Elizabeth Stewart More

Took truck in 2300 miles ago or 79767 do to noise and power outages on my 2020 ram. They said the noise was the pulley not MGU, which was under warranty to 80k .I asked what about the power outages, they power outages on my 2020 ram. Want to charge me $2900 to fix. Used trust the Larry H Miller name in Oregon and Arizona. Over the last year Az dealership Avondale, lost my trust and will be serving elsewhere until I sell. More
