I recently had an unfortuanate event where I punctured both drivers side tires and damaged both wheels on a object on the road. I had to get the vehicle flatbedded to Jim Ellis because of this. I reached both drivers side tires and damaged both wheels on a object on the road. I had to get the vehicle flatbedded to Jim Ellis because of this. I reached out to Jack Stricklin, my awesome sales guy who sold me 2 brand new Kia's in 2024. He and my service represtitive Kris jumped on this immediately when my vehicle arrived. They were in constant contact with me during this whole process and updated me several times a day. Fortunately, I took out the additional Road Hazzard insurance for both tires and wheels. Kris was able to get the approval quickly and had both tires and wheels replaced, with no charge, and within 3 days. If you ever want a KIA then I would only suggest Jim Ellis Kia in Kennesaw. They definately go thast extra mile. Go see Jack Stricklin in Sales and Kris Musgrave in service. You will not be disappointed! More

Communication is poor, service techs have no knowledge to service. Lacking in ability to provide any customer service. 10 out of 10! I could not have asked for a better experience as a first time car buyer! I was nervous to start the process but I’m so grateful for Charli! I apprec I could not have asked for a better experience as a first time car buyer! I was nervous to start the process but I’m so grateful for Charli! I appreciated her calm demeanor and expertise. I appreciated her time to look and retrieve a Kia Sportage specifically in Wolf Grey. Being able to text Charli days in advance was incredibly helpful and eased any nerves I might have had. She made me prepared and confident in my purchase. Cannot rave about Charli enough! Bryson was equally as incredible! Finance is not my favorite topic but he made the process less terrifying and easy to understand. Thank you, Bryson for your camaraderie and for your financial advice.
