My purchase with Jim Ellis went amazing however my first service did not. They were timely and washed the car. I would have rather they rotated my tires as they said they did. I had a weird dust on my rear service did not. They were timely and washed the car. I would have rather they rotated my tires as they said they did. I had a weird dust on my rear passenger tire. When I got home my husband was outside. I pulled up he said immediately they did not rotate the tires. I agreed because the finger prints my service man put on that tire were right where they were when they pulled it back. Not sure if this is because they were not charging me or because they make a practice of saying they did something when they did not. More
