My purchase with Jim Ellis went amazing however my first service did not. They were timely and washed the car. I would have rather they rotated my tires as they said they did. When I got home my husband was outside. I pulled up he said immediately they did not rotate the tires. I agreed because the finger prints my service man put on that tire were right where they were when they pulled it back.
