Super responsive. Here from out of town and a dashboard alert came on during the drive back from the hospital. I recently had an unfortuanate event where I punctured both drivers side tires and damaged both wheels on a object on the road. I had to get the vehicle flatbedded to Jim Ellis because of this. I reached both drivers side tires and damaged both wheels on a object on the road. I had to get the vehicle flatbedded to Jim Ellis because of this. I reached out to Jack Stricklin, my awesome sales guy who sold me 2 brand new Kia's in 2024. He and my service represtitive Kris jumped on this immediately when my vehicle arrived. They were in constant contact with me during this whole process and updated me several times a day. Fortunately, I took out the additional Road Hazzard insurance for both tires and wheels. Kris was able to get the approval quickly and had both tires and wheels replaced, with no charge, and within 3 days. If you ever want a KIA then I would only suggest Jim Ellis Kia in Kennesaw. They definately go thast extra mile. Go see Jack Stricklin in Sales and Kris Musgrave in service. You will not be disappointed! More
